About Bluegrass Integrative Health
Personalized, whole-person Integrative medicine

Our Philosophy
At Bluegrass Integrative Health, we believe that true health thrives at the intersection of comprehensive primary care and personalized, whole‑person support. Our mission is to extend the depth and duration of clinical encounters so that every visit becomes an opportunity to listen, explore, and co‑create a sustainable path to wellness.
We view the body as an integrated system—hormonal balance, gut function, nutrition, and lifestyle are all interwoven threads that shape overall vitality. By offering a hybrid model with insurance billing as well as cash‑based services such as bioidentical hormone therapy, functional laboratory testing for hormone and gut health, and tailored supplement regimens, we empower patients to address root causes, not just symptoms.
Our Guiding Principles
Everything we do is built on truly listening to you and creating a plan that fits your life.
Collaboration
On request, we have the ability to share treatment plans with other members of your healthcare team.
Depth Over Speed
Longer, unhurried appointments allow us to uncover the nuances of your health story and develop truly personalized strategies.
Whole-Person Focus
We address physical, mental, and environmental factors together—because optimal health emerges from balance across all facets of life.

Evidence-Based Innovation
We combine science backed complementary modalities with evidence based traditional treatments.
Patient Empowerment
Through education, collaboration and individualized care, we empower patients to make informed choices and achieve their health goals with confidence.
Personalized Care
Every patient has their own story and unique set of circumstances. We work to make a plan personalized to your specific needs and goals.
