Service Fees
All patients are required to complete a new patient appointment to establish care. The fees below are cash prices.
New patient appointments are 60 minutes in duration and are $150.
Laboratory testing is not included in the visit cost and will be ordered as clinically indicated based on individual patient needs.
Follow-up appointments are 15–60 minutes in duration, depending on the complexity of care and number of concerns addressed. Fees for follow-up visits range from $75 to $250.
Wellness visits are available for established patients only and are structured by age group:
— Ages 1–39: $100
— Ages 40 & older: $150
Hormone Pellet Therapy:
— Female: $450 (approximately every 3 months)
— Male: $800 (approximately every 6 months)
