Insurance Billing
For select primary care and medical services (like complex consultations)

Service Fees
All patients are required to complete a new patient appointment to establish care. The fees below are cash prices. Insurance may cover a portion of your visit for standard services.
New patient appointments are 30–60 minutes in duration, depending on clinical complexity, and are priced between $300 and $400.
Laboratory testing is not included in the visit cost and will be ordered as clinically indicated based on individual patient needs.
Follow-up appointments are also 30–60 minutes in duration, depending on the complexity of care and number of concerns addressed. Fees for follow-up visits range from $200 to $300.
Wellness visits are available for established patients only and are structured by age group:
— Ages 1–39: $200
— Ages 40–64: $250
— Ages 65 and older: $300
Hormone Pellet Therapy:
— Female: $450 (approximately every 3 months)
— Male: $800 (approximately every 6 months)
